IMS was born from direct experience in real estate investment and asset management. It was created to address a very specific need: ensuring complex transactions progress with rigour, control of information flow and discipline in negotiation. In practice, the difference between moving forward and getting stuck is often how the process is organised.
IMS’s role is to facilitate and structure that process end‑to‑end. We support transaction structuring, organise information, define the approach to counterparties together with the client, and ensure ongoing follow‑up of timeline, communication and negotiation through signing and closing — acting as the single point of coordination throughout the transaction.
In Transaction & Capital Intermediation, IMS delivers the service end‑to‑end. Other capabilities — advanced structuring, development, repositioning, technical execution, asset management and property management — are added as additional scope when the client requires it, supporting implementation of the plan and coordinating specialist capabilities with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
The team is made up of senior professionals with experience in investment, corporate finance and real estate execution.
