IMS works with a process-and-execution approach. Our core is Transaction & Capital Intermediation: structuring and ordering a transaction through signing and closing, overseeing timeline, information flow and dialogue between the parties.

When the mandate requires it, we bring in specialist capabilities through collaborators with whom we maintain stable agreements and a well-established working relationship, integrated into the process under our coordination to ensure smooth execution and a single point of contact for the client.

When the value plan requires works, transformation or repositioning, we coordinate delivery.

We ensure continuity in the operating phase to protect the business plan and asset performance.

  • Business plan and operational/financial KPI tracking during operations
  • Coordination with operators and property managers (contracts, SLAs, reporting)
  • Revenue/cost optimisation and review of key contracts (leases, suppliers, OPEX)
  • Support on commercial strategy and operational positioning when applicable (quietly, focused)
  • Issue management and key decisions with traceability and process discipline
  • Exit preparation: document order, financial narrative and controlled transition

We work mainly in Spain and Portugal, and in selected European markets. When appropriate, we coordinate processes with international capital, operators and counterparties.
